With over 20 years of experience and more than $4 billion in loan originations, John brings deep expertise in commercial lending, including CMBS, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency loans, HUD, bridge financing, mezzanine, SBA 504/7a, and more. He works across a wide range of industries—from multifamily and hospitality to medical, automotive, and franchise businesses.

John joined Fahey in 2023, offering clients the capabilities of a large bank with the personal attention of a community-focused institution. Whether it’s a $1 million startup or a $500 million acquisition, John delivers strategic financing solutions tailored to each borrower’s unique goals. His strength lies in combining complex lending tools to help business owners expand, transition, and thrive.

When he’s not helping clients close deals efficiently, John can be found coaching youth basketball and baseball in the Kings School District or traveling with his family.
