John Robinson

John Robinson is the VP, Director of Capital Markets at Fahey Bank. With more than 20 years of experience and over $4 billion in loan originations, he brings deep expertise across the commercial lending spectrum, including CMBS, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency loans, HUD, bridge financing, debt fund execution, mezzanine, and SBA 504/7a programs. His lending experience spans diverse industries such as multifamily, hospitality, medical, automotive, and franchise businesses.

Since joining Fahey in 2023, John has offered clients the resources and sophistication of a large financial institution while delivering the personalized attention of a community-focused bank. Whether structuring a $1 million startup loan or a $500 million acquisition, he tailors strategic financing solutions to meet each borrower’s unique goals. His strength lies in combining complex lending tools to help businesses expand, transition, and thrive.

John studied Economics at The Ohio State University, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation that he applies to every transaction.

Outside of the office, John enjoys coaching youth sports in the Kings School District and traveling with his family. Known for his commitment to relationships and creative problem-solving, John is passionate about helping clients grow—and growing with them.
