Clay Mayor

Clay Mayor is a Vice President of Capital Markets at Fahey Bank. With more than 10 years of experience and over $2 billion in loan originations, he brings expertise across the commercial lending spectrum including bank, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge financing and debt fund. His financing experiences includes property types such as multifamily, retail, industrial, office and hospitality.

Joining Fahey in early 2026, Clay brings dedication to providing clients the resources and sophistication of a large financial institution while delivering the personalized attention of a community-focused bank. He tailors strategic financing solutions to meet each borrower’s unique goals. His strength lies in combining complex lending tool to helped business expand, transition and thrive.

Clay studied accounting at Cuyahoga Community College, providing him with a strong analytical foundation that he applies to every transaction.



Outside of the office, Clay enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and cheering for Cleveland sports teams. Clay is committed to client relationships and creative problem-solving, helping his clients reach their goals and grow forward.
